About Us

Welcome to Alpharetta Tamil School

Alpharetta Tamil School is a Tamil language teaching school where over one thousand students learn Tamil language and culture. It is an all-volunteer school where over 250 volunteers are committed to working together for the single purpose of teaching our rich language and traditions to our younger generation. Our school is affiliated to the International Tamil Academy(ITA) following their academic curriculum from Pre-K to Grade 8. We are an accredited school accredited by the Georgia Accrediting Commission (GAC) for our rigorous academic standards. Our graduating students earn high school language credits and related state awards to help themselves in college admissions and their careers. Being the largest Tamil school in North America, outside of California, we thrive to provide an excellent learning experience for our students.
