We hope you all are getting ready for the upcoming graduation day. Please find the details
Date: May 13, 2023 (this Saturday)
Time: 3:00 PM – 5 :00 PM
Location: PGMS Gym
****Graduation Parade starts at 2:45 p.m. so please plan to be seated by 2:30 p.m****
Program Details:
Chief Guest: Mr. Matt Reeves, Georgia House of Representative District 99
Special Guest: Mr. Patrick Wallace, Program Specialist, Georgia Department of Education World Languages
Special Guest/Scholarship Sponsor: Mr. Dominic Savio Arokiasamy, Relevantz Technology Services, Inc
Dress Code:
Men volunteers: Business Casual (No Shorts or jeans).
Women Volunteers: Preferably Festive Indian attire
100% Attendance awardees, Biliteracy awardees, Scholarship winners and St udents: Khakis/ Festive attire
Class of 2023 students: Separate instruction has been sent to them.
Seating for award winners:
We have allocated a special seat for 100% attendance students, Scholarship winners, Biliteracy awardees and milestone volunteers. We will send a separate email to them.
Seating for Parents and students:
-Please arrive at 2:30 p.m. and go to the gym directly with your child.
-Seating is open. You can sit anywhere in the bleachers. Come early for better seating.
-It is your responsibility to take care of your child and please keep them quiet. Please stay until the end of the program.
Parking:
Park at Shiloh Point Elementary Parking or PGMS parking.
