on January 7th, 2020 | Filed under School News

Dear Parents,

We wish you all a very Happy Pongal!

I am sure you are all waiting for our most popular annual Pongal cultural event.  Every year we bring this program to entertain and to educate our students about Pongal and our Tamil culture.  In addition, it provides an opportunity for our talented students and parents to showcase their talents in dancing, decorations and more.  This year we are much excited to bring the event with the theme of “இயற்கையைப் போற்றுவோம்”.

Our students, parents, choreographers and our cultural team are working hard for a great show.  I invite you all to come with your family and enjoy the program.  I request you to talk to your children on Pongal, harvest, how it is related to sun, rain, nature and ways to take care of our Earth.  This will help our children to relate the event well, enjoy the program better and learn to appreciate our mother nature.
